Santa Ynez Cabernet Sauvignon

After a long and drawn out search we finally found what we were looking for with clean, quality Cabernet in Santa Ynez, 5 1/2 hours south of Napa Valley, in Santa Barbara County and less than 50 miles from the Pacific ocean. A refrigerated truck delivered 10 tons of Cabernet to us on October 15th, all of which have been crushed, fermented, and are aging in French oak as you read this!
